Apreciem notele referitoare la sederea dumneavoastra la hotelul nostru si ne vom da toata silinta ca pe viitor sa va implinim mai mult asteptariile cu privire la prestatiile hoteliere, acolo unde notele dvs ne indica acest lucru. Couple of nights in a row, I was not able to sleep (even on one night I called the reception at 3 in the morning). Putting whole (sporting) teams on the same floor, let to significant noise. Hopefully this remains on an incident as I plan to stay in this hotel in the future. Not being able to use my Accor points while booking a room is also disappointing for an Accor member.

Overall, the hotel is just an average. Hotel staff is very helpful but hotel facility, such as broken refridgerator in the room has to be fixed.

This hotel is good for those who wish to travel by train to other cities as it is in a walking distance to the major train station. The hotel itself is outdated and needs to be renovated. Mini fridge in my room is broken and it seems like that for long time.

Personally for us it was a very unpleasant experience. Had to pay for our room twice at the reception although we booked the room and checked in online and received an email that our keys will be waiting for us at the reception. Instead after a long tiring trip, we were received as if we were not supposed to be there, forced to pay for the room again with the explanation that what we paid online was only a payment to secure the room. I and my 7 year old with special needs were too tired from a long trip to keep arguing about it so I had to pay so that my son can rest. I was very surprised to find out that there was no room service available so we had to come down to get our dinner. When we came to the restaurant to order a hot meal we yet had another unpleasant experience from the restaurant staff. The staff told us that the restaurant is full (although it clearly wasn't) and reserved only for foreign delegates so again we were literally forced to stay outside and use only the self catering service with cold and poorly made food. Meanwhile a gentleman in a suit came and he was treated differently with more respect and given the option to access the restaurant. We felt absolutely shocked and dejected. Had to go out and eat something properly although we were very tired and it was very late already. At the checkout the new staff at the reception were still unfriendly, and the naturally expected smile or a few words like 'hope you had a good stay' or something like that weren't said, the lady just collected our keys and said bye. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the room was clean and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were very nice, polite and prompt on call. Overall, very disappointed, bad experience from the moment we went in, felt unwelcome - would not recommend to anyone, unless you are a foreign person (not a Romanian) or a person in expensive suit, then maybe you can get more attention and fair treatment.

Large and comfortable hotel, a stone's throw away from the train station. Near the center, 25 minutes on foot, but also with many buses and trams that take you to this. The room is large enough with work desk and sofa. The bed is also large with a comfortable mattress and nice duvets. Room temperature very satisfactory. The breakfast is good enough in buffet, and with great variety.

I'm a non-smoker. I forgot to specify a non-smoking room while I was making the reservation via Accor Hotel website, but the reception didn't ask me either whether I prefer a non-smoking or. smoking room. Soon after I entered the room nr 835, I realized that it was a smoking room. Since I checked-in at midnight and was too tired, I didn't go down and asked to change my room. In my opinion, all reservations should be non-smoking by default and the reseption should ask about it.

I stayed in the room nr. 835. The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom. I have not specified a non-smoking room during my online reservation. The reception didn't ask me either whether I was preferring a smoking or non-smoking room. Soon after I entered the room, I realized that it was a smoking room. The hotel is clean and well presented. It is very close to the main train station so you can walk around to it like I did. The front desk has always been helpful and I have always felt welcome. I normally arrive very late in the evening from an overseas flight and have found it safe and taxi drivers always know where it is at. It is close to the underground if you want to stay longer and explore Bucharest. Rooms are comfortable clean and quite. Extremely Satisfied and will be staying their again

The Special Musical Room was beautiful, reminded me of the Vinil days of Music, cleaning could improve, there was no cleaning in the room for two days, i think they do not have the turnover service in the afternoon. Bar and restaurant excellent. They also have smoking rooms but for me they did not recommend it(because of the smell).

The location is fine closing to the main train station & going to airport by bus also easy. Hotel room is spacious, lots of compartments for storage of belongs, bed is comfortable and clean. The negative point is reception staff who did not beforehand told the guest printed train tickets or documents to be paid the service charges, one lei for one paper was also not reasonable, I was surprised that needed to pay in Accor group hotels for printing documents as I always stayed at Accord hotels in the past years.
